About Carol:

Laura (Carol) Long is a licensed clinical social worker and has been practicing as a mental health therapist since May 2010. She received her AS degree in psychology from Western Wyoming Community College. Carol earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wyoming as well as her Masters of Social Work. Before achieving licensure as an LCSW, Carol worked as a case manager for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in Evanston Wyoming.

Carol has lived and worked in many Wyoming communities including: Evanston, Lander, Laramie, Lusk, Ranchester, Riverton, Sheridan, and Sundance. She has a solutions/problem solving and goal setting approach. Carol strives to help clients identify and clarify the issues which bring them to therapy and desires to help clients set goals and to develop and utilize a plan for reaching those goals. During her free time, Carol enjoys remodeling with her husband, decorating, reading, and golf when the Wyoming weather allows.
