About Cassie:
Cassie received her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in family life. She then went on to study and complete a graduate degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She has been practicing since 2018. In her work with a variety of clients, she has found that many of the problems presented in therapy are connected to the beliefs that individuals have about their self-worth. She uses evidence-based treatments (i.e. CBT, DBT) to help individuals adjust their beliefs about themselves and learn healthy skills (i.e. communication, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness). She provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families. In addition, she speaks Spanish and specializes in working with the Hispanic population. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, music, and theater.
