Counseling Services:

Individual and group substance abuse therapy, case management, peer specialist
services, primary facilitator of 8-hour drug and alcohol education class, trauma and
PTSD counseling, stress management, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),
motivational interviewing (MI) and DBT based therapy for adults and teens.

About Kara:

Kara graduated with her bachelors in psychology from Fort Hays State University in 2017, she then went on to earn her masters degree in healthcare administration in 2019. She became a certified addictions practitioner in 2021. Kara also possesses her certification in many other mental health specialties such as stress management and veterans counseling.
