About Kara:
Kara graduated with her bachelors in psychology from Fort Hays State University in 2017, she then went on to earn her masters degree in healthcare administration in 2019. She became a certified addictions practitioner in 2021. Kara also possesses her certification in many other mental health specialties such as stress management and veterans counseling.
