About Kevin:

Kevin Grunig is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a master's degree in Psychology. He has lived in Wyoming for the last six years, where he began working in the mental health field. He has gained certifications in the treatment of persons who suffer from personality disorders, and has extensive accommodations and trainings in complex, developmental, and single/multiple event trauma resolution. He works to teach people how to get out of their funk.

Kevin and his wife feel blessed to have a family of two kids, a girl and a boy. They love to travel, have a fire, roast smores, go camping, swimming, and also enjoy a little gun powder therapy every now and again. He is currently working on talking his wife and kids into hiking for longer than a mile. Join us in wishing him luck!

Kevin's passion is to help people heal from complex trauma, PTSD, developmental trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and generate overall wellbeing. He finds beauty in his work, and in helping his clients find peace and rest. He has worked with veterans, inmates, kids, teens, sexual assault victims, domestic violence victims, and the nameless. Kevin welcomes anyone needing his help.

Kevin teaches you how to heal yourself, so that you find your center, and have the tools you need to heal yourself for the rest of your life. He wants to work with anyone that wants to feel better. Even if you can't get out of bed in the morning and you're exhausted, he will work to help you find your energy. If your expectations are fighting your thoughts and you feel pulled in 10 directions, come see him.

Kevin loves the intermixing of Trauma Informed Yoga techniques, Somatic Work, Internal Family Systems and EMDR. He has seen it work wonders for many of his clients. However, if that doesn't work then together you can try Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc. Whatever brings you peace & helps you get where you want to be.

Kevin truly believes he has the best job in the world and you can sense his passion for helping others! Reach out and choose hope today, and let Kevin guide you on your healing journey.
