About Bo:

Bo is a passionate mental health counselor dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges and achieve purposeful growth. With a practical, forward-thinking approach, he works with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. Bo has extensive experience supporting clients through anxiety, obsessive thoughts, attachment wounds, trauma, and complex family stressors.

His therapeutic style is honest, compassionate, and solution-focused. By integrating evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-focused models—Bo provides a safe space for critical thinking and meaningful change. He is deeply committed to helping clients understand how past experiences shape their current relationships and is honored to support them on their journey toward wellness.

When he isn’t working, Bo is a devoted husband and father of four. He enjoys time with his family, outdoor activities, disc golf, and tinkering with his square-body Chevy truck. He also never turns down a serving of chicken fettuccini alfredo.
