Cynthea is a former first responder and U.S. Army veteran, bringing a wealth of firsthand experience and resilience to the field of mental health. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, she is also a certified mental health worker dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
