Emily has a deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, combining her academic training with practical experience to guide clients through the challenges of addiction and mental health.

Emily specializes in addiction counseling, with a focus on providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with alcohol and drug dependency. She has a strong background in case management, assisting clients in navigating life transitions, overcoming obstacles, and connecting with necessary resources. Emily is particularly passionate about supporting individuals facing legal issues related to substance use, offering guidance and helping them address the underlying psychological factors contributing to their struggles. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques in her work and enjoys helping clients build resilience, emotional strength, and long-term recovery.

In her free time, Emily enjoys restarting Off-The-Track Thoroughbreds (OTTBs) and working with her personal horse, Sugar. She also spends time with her dog, family, and boyfriend, and takes on horse training during her downtime. Emily hand weaves and braids mohair horse tack including cinches, reins, and get downs.
