Hilary works with children/adolescents, individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship challenges and more. As a systemic therapist, she believes relationships and experiences shape each individual. Hilary enjoys helping clients identify strengths, improve communications, and create lasting, meaningful change within themselves and their relationships.

About Hilary:

Outside of the therapy office, Hilary enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and discovering the beauty this world has to offer. She loves mountains, road trips, and yummy food.
