About Kaitlin:
As a mental health counselor, Kaitlin believes healing happens through connection. Kaitlin's approach is rooted in Relational-Cultural Therapy, which emphasizes mutual empathy, authenticity, and emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship. In your work together, she aims to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported. Kaitlin brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion into the room- drawing tools from other evidence-based models like ACT, DBT, and CBT when helpful- always with a focus on honoring your unique experience and pace. Whatever you bring to the table, you will collaborate to build deeper self-understanding, increase self-compassion, and invite more meaningful connection into your life.
Kaitlin works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and is especially passionate about supporting kids/teens, those navigating trauma/PTSD, kids and adults on the autism spectrum, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Outside of work you can usually find her outside somewhere on a hiking trail, spending quality time with friends and family, or binge-watching Netflix on her couch in a hoodie and sweatpants.
