About Kylie:

Kylie Pearson received her Master of Addiction Counseling degree in March of 2021, from Grand Canyon University. She completed her clinical internship with High Country Behavioral Health, and later joined the HCBH team as a full-time provisional therapist, providing mental health and addiction counseling and therapy to adolescents and adults.

Kylie genuinely enjoys working with people with substance use disorders. Growing up, she watched someone close to her struggle with addiction. During that time, she noticed the positive effect that therapy had on her loved one and was inspired to pursue a career helping others through their personal and addiction challenges. From that point forward, she worked towards that goal. She pursued an education in psychology and addiction counseling, achieved her state licensure, and is now able to fulfill her purpose.

Kylie practices person-centered therapy and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) and customizes her approach to achieve the best results for her clients.

Kylie spends her free time with her husband and puppies. She loves the outdoors and the beach. She considers the beach a “home away from home” and goes every chance she gets! Kylie also loves family time and being close to the ones she loves.
