About Peggy:

Peggy Hayes is the Clinical Director of HCBH's Douglas, Glenrock and Lusk locations. As a leader of the organization, Peggy develops, plans, and implements strategies for program continuation and growth while ensuring that all mental health activities and services meet the needs of the community. Over the past ten years, Peggy has collaborated with numerous local service organizations to improve and expand mental health services for Converse and Niobrara county residents. Peggy began her journey in mental health at the University of Wyoming, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She then went on to earn her master’s degree in Health and Human Development with a specialty in marriage and family therapy from Montana State University in 1998. Since then, she has made it her mission to increase access for mental health services to rural area populations throughout the state of Wyoming
