Sarah believes in a holistic approach to healing, while also using her understanding of the enneagram, Reiki healing, and reflexology. Sarah offers her clients a space to find peace, serenity, new-found insights, a deeper connection to self and source, and healing while providing them with linkage to resources, monitoring their progress, following up regularly, advocating for them when necessary, assessing their needs and referring to the correct sources, and crisis intervention when needed. Sarah encourages her clients to be empowered in their lives, and develop a self-care routine that brings them a sense of peace, relaxation, self-love, and connection.
